Description
This Textbook for Legal Writing I & Legal Writing II was created under an Affordable Materials Grant.
The 4th Edition project updated and reorganized chapters and examples to align with current grading rubrics, improved formatting to meet accessibility requirements (screen readers), and verified correct hosting and student access in Manifold/OpenALG.
Topics focus on legal writing processes and exemplar documents across appendices (e.g., memo, brief components), with revisions completed in collaboration with a student author.
