This 2nd Edition manual was created through a revision of Anatomy and Physiology I & II Lab Manuals, 1st Edition, which was created under a previous Affordable Materials Grant by Leslie Pryor McIntosh, DeLoris Hesse, Andrew McIntosh, Heather Cathcart, Arielle Hunt, and Kingsley Dunkley, CC BY 4.0.

The manual was revised and new materials were created under a Continuous Improvement Affordable Materials Grant. Topics include microscopy and cells, the axial and appendicular skeleton, joints and muscle tissue, nervous tissue, and brain anatomy and senses.
